What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Powder-coat finish failure (peeling, bubbling, blistering — not normal weathering)
- Burn pot integrity (lifetime, every tier)
- Electronics including controllers, igniters, fans, and probes
What's not covered
- Damage from neglect, modification, or commercial use
- Normal wear of grates, drip trays, and pellets
- Cosmetic surface scratches caused by use
- Damage from improper assembly or unauthorized parts
How to file a claim
Email warranty@vossbbq.com with your order number, model, serial number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps. Most claims are resolved with a replacement part shipped to your door at no cost.

Registering your grill at vossbbq.com/register activates your full warranty and unlocks the lifetime burn-pot guarantee. We'll never sell your registration data.
