Where we ship

Voss BBQ ships exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. We're working on Canada โ€” drop your email at the bottom of any page to be notified when we expand.

Shipping rates

Standard ground (curbside) FREE on orders $499+ ยท $79 flat under $499
White-Glove Delivery (premium models only) $99 add-on ยท includes inside-threshold placement, packaging removal, and basic positioning
Pellets, accessories, apparel $8.95 standard ยท free on orders $99+

Standard ground delivery for grills uses a freight carrier with curbside drop-off. The driver will not bring the grill onto your property. White-Glove is recommended for the Heritage Elite and Timberline.

Delivery time

Grills typically ship within 2โ€“3 business days from order placement and arrive within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email once the freight carrier picks up.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused grill in original packaging for a full refund. Used grills can be returned within 14 days for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. We pay return freight on defective units; the customer covers return freight on change-of-mind returns.

Damaged in transit

If your grill arrives damaged, take photos before unboxing and email support@vossbbq.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged units at no cost to you.
