Where we ship
Voss BBQ ships exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. We're working on Canada โ drop your email at the bottom of any page to be notified when we expand.
Shipping rates

Standard ground delivery for grills uses a freight carrier with curbside drop-off. The driver will not bring the grill onto your property. White-Glove is recommended for the Heritage Elite and Timberline.
Delivery time
Grills typically ship within 2โ3 business days from order placement and arrive within 5โ10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email once the freight carrier picks up.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused grill in original packaging for a full refund. Used grills can be returned within 14 days for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. We pay return freight on defective units; the customer covers return freight on change-of-mind returns.

Damaged in transit
If your grill arrives damaged, take photos before unboxing and email support@vossbbq.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged units at no cost to you.
