Why Voss

We started Voss BBQ because the pellet-grill market needed an honest player. The dominant brand has spent two decades building a premium reputation — and a premium price tag to match. We respect what they built. We just don't think you should pay 15% extra for a logo.

What we believe

Smoke is not a feature. It's the point. Every Voss grill is engineered around heat retention, pellet efficiency, and consistent low-and-slow performance — the things that actually matter when you're 8 hours into a brisket cook.

App-controlled WiFi is convenient, sure. But it's not the reason you bought a pellet grill. The reason is real wood fire, deep bark, and a smoke ring that proves you didn't cheat. We build for that first. Everything else is in service to it.

• Lifetime burn-pot warranty on every unit, every tier — because the burn pot is the part that does the work, and we trust ours
• Texas-based support team — real humans, real phone numbers, no offshore script readers

The Lifetime Support Promise

If anything fails on a Voss grill within the warranty window, we make it right. If the burn pot fails ever, we replace it free. If your grill arrives with a scratch, we replace the panel — no return shipping, no fight. The first time we say no to a customer, we'll have stopped being Voss.
